CARBATEC Customer Service
I'm like most, and quick to condemn poor customer service, so it only seems equitable to praise good service. I lost track of the manual for my newish 10" combo jointer thicknesser. An E-mail to Carbatec, and a nice lass named Michelle, sent me a PDF copy in about an hour.
Exemplary, I thought.
Cheers,Redbog.

Great to hear that you've a positive experience. Something that is lacking too much in our modern society.

I must admit that all my CT dealings have been trouble free.

Could not give Carbatec Hobart too much praise. Always very helpful.
