    Default Hello from Tweed Heads

    Hey all

    I've been watching a look of whittling videos on Youtube recently and decided I'd like to give it a shot. Got myself a shiny new carving knife (Opinel No.6 - not the best, I know, but I was able to purchase it locally and reasonably cheap). Now just have to find myself some appropriate wood to start with.

    Live and work in the beautiful Tweed Heads area. Haven't done any wood working since high school, many many moons ago. Enjoyed it then and hoping to rekindle that enjoyment.


    Can't wait to start posting my WIPs to show off!
