Good morning fellow woodworkers, my name is Gerrie Odendaal from Jeffreys Bay in South Africa. My Emcostar 6 in 1 was idle for many years but now I am ready to pick up where I left off. Firstly, the machine needs to be cleaned and set up again. I found this forum while browsing the internet and I am sure, all my questions will be answered as they arise. Glad to be part of the family.

Welcome Gerrie, I'm a few hours away from you, in KZN, not too far from Pietermaritzburg, although right now I'm sitting in a freezing cold and wet Grahamstown visiting my daughter. I've found this forum and its members to be really friendly and useful, and I'm sure you will too.

Hi Colin,
Thank you for your post. Its always refreshing to find fellow woodworkers sharing their experience and knowledge. The bench for my Machine is being manufactured as we speak. My instruction manual for the Emcostar got lost during our house moving activity and I am desperately looking for someone to supply me with a copy. It would be appreciated if I can be shown in the right direction.

Thank you Lappa, This is the correct manual, but I am not to keen sending my bank card data over the internet. Also, I dont want to join a book club with a monthly subscription. Thank you anyway for the information, I will keep it in my In-Basket.

Here's the first installment
multitool.pdf
Give me a few days (flat strap at the moment) and I'll get the rest up or you can do what I do - use the Snipping tool
this is is another one for a Emco Super. Maybe similar??
emco datei.pdf
Update:
This one is from the UK and looks similar/same as the one in the first link I posted. The link came from this forum.

Hello Lappa,
You are a star. Thank you so much for the information. The multitool link is the one I was looking for. It downloaded without any problems and now I can start refurbishing my Emcostar, and bring it out of retirement.
Regards,
Gerrie

Hi Lappa,
I opened the download and realised that only 12 pages of the 45 page manual can be downloaded. Possibly protected.

I’ve only captured the first 12 pages. As I said in my post, give me a few more days and i’ll Get the rest for you - if needed as I believe the UK manual is the same.
The last link I put up to the UK site is the same manual, it has all the pages and can be downloaded. Have you looked at that one yet?
