WRC interior and exterior finishing?

I've just taken delivery of a couple of wrc windows which now need to be finished.
Can anyone recommend what finishes to use for the internal and external surfaces? Also, what would be a good 'filler' for nail heads and join gaps?

I know some don't like wattyl products but they produce a cedar filler and several interior finishes in satin or gloss.
The only exterior finish the make these days Exterior Clear , but this is a gloss finish
Sikkens make cetol filter 7, I was told the filter 7 is designed for direct sunlight, this has a slightly less glossy finish but you get a slightly darker finish, barely noticable though.

I did this excersize 6 months ago when we installed new rear wrc sliding doors.

The trouble with life is there's no background music.
