    Default Mower Concerns.

After a house sitter buggered a perfectly good Toro mower a couple of years ago I had made do with a borrowed
18" cut Aldi mower. It lacks grunt but did well enough until an Aldi special came up about the beginning of summer.
This mower is a 22"cut four stroke with a Briggs and Stratton motor and a self propulsion mode.Plenty of grunt fo
    my place.

However, right from the start it has had an annoying vibration so last weekend the mate and I took the plate off and
removed the blades. One blade was quite a bit lighter than the other three so some sharpening and grinding was
employed to pretty good effect. The mower now is almost totally vibration free.

My next issue will be finding replacement blades and I do not think this will be an easy task as there are so many blades
    on the market.

Anybody have a similar mower or an idea of who might stock these blades??

Any chance of taking one of the blades as a template to get some made ,or at a lawnmower outlet get some similar then fashioned to suit?

Mower blades are not normally very complex, so you can make them yourself

Companies like Aldi aren't particularly creative when it comes to sourcing stuff like lawn mowers..

Likely the manual that comes with the mower lists replacement parts.... Google up the part number and you will probably find it's a common part number to some "common" lawn mower that is sold in-country... Then buy parts from the usual sources....

Take one along to a mower shop, or even Bunnings (other brands are available) and there's a good chance you'll find a match. Most blades are common to several brands of mower.
