All finished now, apart from a few more coats of oil.
Yesterday I applied a flood coat of 50/50 Kunos oil & bio thinners, and buffed off the excess after about 20 minutes. This morning, wiped on a thinner coat and buffed it. tomorrow, I'll put a coat on with 0000 steel wool and buff it, and follow it up with lighter coats until it reaches a suitable gloss.
