News reader.
The news reader on the radio station I listen to said this a few mornings ago. " Lewis Hamilton has won the US Formula 1 Grand Prix for the sixth time this morning." Busy lad.

I get annoyed when I hear a newsreader say, "The car lost control"
when speaking of an accident. It should be the driver and not the car.Life is short ... smile while you still have teeth.

Also they are rarely accidents.
The only time something is really an accident is when there's no attributable cause.
Using the term accident suggests that no one was to blame.
Most so called traffic accidents are not accidents but incidents, Italians use the term "incidente" which makes more sense.
