200w Solar Panel
I bought a 200w flexible solar panel and it arrived yesterday , on close inspection I noticed a slight flaw in one of the cells under the plastic protective layer .my question is will this affect the performance of the panel .

i would have to think it would, in theory that is a damaged cell.
have you tested the output on the panel?
Id still be contacting the seller for a new one.

One cell down, and the rest can't work. Suggest you contact the seller.
