G'day all
I live in Gilgandra NSW but I've lived all over Australia. I'm all thumbs with woodwork and carpentry but want to learn to make some simple toys for my grandkids first then some more complicated stuff. I work as a nurse and do seven on seven off, almost always night work. I want to eventually get a good workshop with all the tools I need so as I get older I'll have a hobby to keep me occupied. Anyone in Gil who goes to the Men's Shed I'd be interested in hearing from.

Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.

As mention check out the toy sub-forum and post questions on the type of project(toy) you would like to make. It does not require a lot of tools to get started in toy making.
