Missing threads?
I'm puzzled that some threads do not appear in the "New Posts" list. Given the broken daily notification system New posts is the nearest convenient way to look for new posts.
Here's an example of a thread that I don't see in New Posts: https://www.woodworkforums.com/f222/box-pieces-214340

You viewed it at 5:47 Pm today.
Once you've viewed it it won't show in new posts as it's not new!
If you go to "Quick Links" at the top of the page then click "Today's Posts" https://www.woodworkforums.com/search...rchid=18552518
You'll find it there. (about half way down page two.)

After you view a tread, it wont show up in "New Posts" again until someone replies in it . In other words, when you click on New Posts, only threads containing content that you havent read will come up.
And if you are not aware of it, there is a little icon ( a little blue circle) at the start of the thread title that you can click on, and it will take to to the first new post in that thread since you last viewed it.Brad.
