aluminium windows
hi all,
my front window is a brown aluminium sliding window, which has a cracked pane on the fixed side.
anyone know how to remove and then replace this pane

Can’t tell 100% with looking at the window, but I’d put money on you’d have to take the window out and unscrew the frame if it’s aluminium. Unless it has some sort of clip in beads!<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

If it's the same as mine, you remove sliding window,undo 4 screws in corners,and then you can pull 4 sides apart and remove rubber surround from the glass.
