G'day from Sydney
G'day,
I'm Josh and I'm from Sydney. I've been lurking around here since about 2015.
Been woodworking for about 12 years or so and have a smallish 4.3m x 4m garage workshop. I don't have an affinity either way to hand tools or power tools and use both where they I believe they are suited to the job.
I'm in the IT industry for a day job but generally spend my weekends and as many other hours as possible in the workshop making or repairing something.
I have 2 boys, one of which has shown a big interest in the tools so I am encouraging him to start with the easiest hand tools first.
I decided recently to start my own YouTube channel to produce some content relevant to the questions I get asked most commonly by people who know me.
I would love some feedback on my channel and any ideas that others have for content - I'm just doing it at the moment because I enjoy it!

Again, I'd love to get some feedback from the great wood working community.

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Josh".
There are a stack members across the Sydney area plus the rest of the country.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork......
Cheers crowie
PS - Keep an eye out for a get together at Katoomba for the Sydney area forum members....great way to met & make friends.
You have some good looking machinery in your shed and look quite handy with them along with the hand tools!!!!
