Last time this was happening it did not affect me. I was travelling and accessing the forum on my android tablet. Now I am home and accessing it from my windows 7 laptop using chrome it is coming up for me too. I might just have to go and crank up the tablet again.

Quite easy to by-pass, click on Ignore Warning and report the site as safe.

`I just got it too, didn't earlier today.

Yes Fred, you can keep reporting the site as safe, but it must be a concern to Admin that the site has come up again as unsafe.
Found this while googling the problem. To grow old is inevitable.... To grow up is optional

GJ, I showed how to bypass the red screen, I did not imply that Admin was not concerned about this state of affairs.
A few posts back I advised that Steven has been notified and he is working on it, as he did last time this happened.
Edit:
Have just had a report that Photo Forums is now also affected by this.

Metal forum is fine and yes I had it again this morning. Its obviously a concern for such a warning it may not be forum server based it may be its being used though through other channels much like a hacker bounces from server to server THAT is a major concern.

Oh joy the red screen is back....... It's like my attacks of gout.....it comes during times of revelry, it comes as a surprise, but not unexpectedly, it is painful, it is frustrating, and it goes away with time....
To all the members have a happy New Year and a successful 2017.

Haven't had issues with WWF, and don't use Photo forum, but Win 7/Opera has been turning up Opera's red screen for at least a fortnight with Metalwork Forums. I normally work through WWF to Market Place/Auctions then MWF via the link at the top of the Auctions page, which triggers the red screen the first time MWF is opened in an Opera session. If I repeat this process without closing the Opera session, there is no red screen, if I close and reopen Opera, it's back first time I open MWF. My issue was reported to MWF the second time it occurred, and a screen shot included, and I have commented a couple of times that it is still occuring. I was surprised to find that some threads over there reporting similar issues had been closed after 2 or 3 posts.
I used to be an engineer, I'm not an engineer any more, but on the really good days I can remember when I was.
