Cow poo in Melbourne
Does anyone have any sources of cow or horse poo in melbourne? I am not after the dried up shredded version but rather the stanley steamer patty version to help in keeping the magic of Christmas alive for my kids. I am in central Melbourne and one of those places that bags it and sells it off by the side of the road would be ideal,

Don't tell me one of your Kids asked for a pony, and you're going to fill the bag with poo, so that they'll think with all that poo, there's a pony in there somewhere.
To grow old is mandatory, growing up is optional.

If you really want some you can collect as much as you require on my place. If you want it very fresh just follow the cows.

Mornington Peninsula, specifically Moorooduc has many horse farms.
That is where I used to get mine from (by the trailer load).

I am sure there is a place on the Belgrave-Hallam Road, near Wellington Road, Horse Poo $2 a bag.
If you want the quality stuff - try the stables around the race tracks. If they don't have any you will only need to wait a short time for some fresh from .....

This reminds me of a friend that collected a fresh deposit from the side of the road in a plastic bag and then scattered a few choice pats around the outside of his house to simulate reindeer poo and then put the remainder in the bin.
On Xmas day there was great excitement especially when one of his kids found the remains of the poo and the bag in the bin. Of course, Santa had caught some of the reindeers doing it and had dutifully picked it up.
What an environmentally friendly and hygienic Santa!

If you don't have any luck in your area a local farmer has dumped a great big pile in the field near my house.
i have checked the postal regulation for prohibited items, cow poo is not included so I could send some, it may well dry out in transit but could readily be rehydrated.
Let me know if I can help.

For realism with reindeers detritus, perhaps alpacca dropping might be a closer match??

No idea Cava, but the kids will be so excited by Christmas that it won't really matter what the source is.
