CMC plattern sander departs workshop.
After about a month on Gumtree I finally moved on my old sander.
Was looking like a scrap job but $100 and maybe another life is better than that.
We only found the CMC badge after taking off the wheel and guard/dust enclosure on the driven end.
This had never been in the weather or butchered, everything undid and came apart so easily with a little penno.
I now have a spot for the Wadkin lathe to live in.

CMC = Cleveland Machinery Company Pty Ltd.
I thought it stood for Canadian Machinery Corp. Ltd. I guess I've been lurking around the Canadian forum too much.
Cheers, Vann.
