Photo rotation - solution for me.
I take pictures on my iPhone then bring them down from iCloud to my Win 10 PC so I can upload them to the forum (never had success re orientation uploading from my iPhone or iPad). The photos all appear in the correct orientation on the PC. I upload them to the forum and they are rotated to the left
So I deleted them all from the forum, went onto my computer and rotated two photos to the right hoping that they would appear correctly on the forum. Uploaded them. Blow me down (or B$;r me), they appeared rotated to the right ie. the same as they appeared on the PC.
So I tried this - I rotated all the pictures from the correct orientation to the right and saved them on the PC. Then I rotated them to the left so they appeared correct on my PC and saved them again. I then uploaded them to the forum and they were correct.
Who knows why but at least I have found a solution for me.

My solution is similar. Record image on phone and send to PC as an email. Open email - image appears upside down. Save image to PC, open image and edit, rotate 180 degrees to correct orientation and save. Image can now be used on forum, or sent in other emails. It is a matter of finding a solution that works for you, and saves posting images that are not correctly orientated.
