Good to know. I just picked up a 2012 c3 31 with a fair few extras. Getting power hooked up to it soon enough. It's single phase but I just need to get the 20amp plug installed.
From going over the machine with a fine tooth combe I'm pretty happy with it. Can't wait to let it loose on my timber stash. I don't know anyone else that owns one so thought I'd look around at what others thought of this machine and found this old thread

Oh nice. The k3 comfort is nice! When my friend originally bought the c3 31 new and told me about it I was very envious at how accurate and smooth it was. I accepted defeat and just accepted that I wouldn't purchase a machine like that for a very long time. I was happy with my little contractor saw. But when the opportunity came up to buy it due to a job opportunity I had to pounce on it. It wasn't until I got the catalogue of hammer Felder to price up what accessories were thrown in with it did I realise what a great machine I got. This one's a keeper thars for sure. I now understand why I very rarely see any for sale

Hi Jeff I know this is an old thread. However just Like you I just got my hands on a 2008 C3-31 its green in colour and has a 2meter table as well as a complete set of knives for the spinel moulder. It also has an cross cutter out rigger, and a motorised feeder with trolly wheels. I'm so wrapped with it, all for $7,500.00 I was looking at $13,000.00 just for the 800mm C3-31 was going to cost me 13k+ with no knives or motorised feeder.
