    Default Free Image Viewer, converter, resizer and generally great program

    I found this program last night called FastStone. It is really great image viewer. It also does conversion and resizing, individually and has batch mode.

    It's fast. I've played with a lot of these over the years and this appears to be the best one I've run across. It's free to boot!
