In History?
Even though she's been teaching English for 25 years, my mother never
felt her age was an issue, until the day she helped a student with a
report on the Vietnam War.
Mom recognized the name of a war correspondent mentioned in the
textbook and blurted, "I used to go out with him!"
Peering up from his work, another wide-eyed student asked, "You dated
someone from our history book?"

Forgive your enemies, but never, ever forget their names.
The stupid neither forgive nor forget; the naïve forgive and forget; the wise forgive but never forget.

I am sure that some of you, like me did "Current Affairs" or some thing similar at school.
Today's students would call what we studied, history or "Ancient History".
