Wattyl Estapol 7008 Hardner Shelf Life?
Some pdf's on this product say that the hardner (partB) must be used up within a few days after being opened. Is this true? Can you make it last alot longer? I would have thought quickly putting the lid back on & in an air tight bag would keep it lasting a long time.
A few days isn't long enough with what I do, it can take me a couple weeks to finish something. Does anyone know for certain or at least have experience keeping it last longer ? Maybe it's just a manufacture recommendation?

Its been along time since I used 7008 but I have had tins sitting around for months at a time, with the lids firmly back in place, without any issues.

Yes, it keeps relatively ok, a week or so isn't going to hurt it. I've even put mixed 7008 in the fridge and used it the next day.
