I received an email yesterday from this forum which I thought was a little odd, I wasn't aware I had been away nor had I received any previous newsletter which it appears to indicate I had.

I was fairly sure it was kosher as I recognised quite a few of the references, seeing I have been "on" almost daily since 2005 but there was that niggling little bit of doubt as I'm sure the spammers would love to get aboard judging by the huge numbers who get denied.Regards,
