Unhappy Hello from Nova Scotia, Canada

Good day, found the site while researching static in my shop vac... can't hurt to read and learn I figure.

Been a long time woodworker... hum, high speed internet in the office but all the flashing ads meant it took over 4 minutes to type this sentence! this will never work on the country internet

Anyway I'll trudge through this and see.

Professional, self employed... two grown boys, non handy spouse, farm to feed ourselves.

Urgh... will log out and try again, suggestions?

Greetings from 53N in the big rocks. I think differrent operating systems see this site in different ways.
There are lots of adverts from site supporters but my view seems to always hum along just fine.

Thank you, I use IE but I did notice others had been having these issues too so I'll wait on that. Oddly I am home and on rural broadband now and it seems fine

G'Day & Welcome to the Great Southern Land and to a top forum "Shelley".
There are quite a few "Canuck" members plus the other North American country and the rest of the world.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
    Enjoy the forum.
    Enjoy your woodwork.....
Cheers from On Top DownUnder, crowie

    Welcome to the forum.

There has been a bit of discussion in the past about IE and suggestions been put to use another browser. I use Firefox on the Windows based computers.
