    Default New Boat

My friend wanted a boat more than anything. SWMBO kept refusing,
    but he bought one anyway.

I'll tell you what," he told her. "In the spirit of compromise, why
    don't you name the boat?"

Being a good sport, she accepted.

When the husband went to the dock for the maiden voyage, this is the
name he saw painted on the stern: "FOR SALE."

Reminds me of an old Qld pollie who was a keen fisherman, his boat was named "The Electorate" when he was trying to be contacted his secretary could "honestly" reply that he was not available as he was out in "The Electorate".

    Humourous perhaps but unfortunately, true.
