Can't help with the pictures and wording, but you can refine your search by going to the very bottom of the page below the last listing. There you will find some options on the left to refine your search, including states.

I searched for my posts using the search box at the top right of the home page, and my user name. It didn't find the most recent ones. I then tried an advanced search, and it didn't find any for the last month. Is there a time delay before things are consolidated?
If i click on my user name at the top of page they all show up.
