Hello from Tassie
Hey all,
I'm Arman from Hobart. I'm a woodworking beginner and trying to put together a small set of tools to get things done.
Current status: looking to buy the right jointer, a router table and a drill press
I'm also pondering whether to invest in a Festool Domino or a Makita Plunge Saw – let me know what you think.
I look forward to plenty constructive discourse on this forum.
Arman
Oh I almost forgot. I'm trying to document what I do in my little blog called Diy Trials for DIY enthusiasts. I don't have a lot there yet but more posts will be coming.

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Arman".
There are quite a few members in Hobart area and across Tassie plus the rest of the country.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork..
