We are looking at raising our Queenslander and building underneath but will need to do this is stages.

Stage one would be the raise, slab, framing (including external doors, windows, weatherboard and internal walls and ceilings), plumbing and electrical.

We will do floor coverings, new kitchen, bathroom, laundry etc as and when we can afford them.

If we include kitchen and bathroom within the plans then do they need to be signed off by certifier on completion? Or does the certifier just do final approval once all structural work is done and then we are ok to do the other work in our own time?

Thanks

KSG
