WWW Friday Parking
Hi All - I really enjoy this BB. Been an amateur woodworker for yonks but only recently got hooked on turning - boy have I got a lot to learn!.
Anyway my message today may save some a few $$ if going to the show on Friday and intend parking at the Exh. Ctre. car park.
If you get to the car park before 10am you can buy an "early bird" all day parking ticket for $7.00. After 10am it will cost you up to $20.00 for the day.
(This only applies Mon-Fri as weekends are cheaper anyway)
Have a good one.

Or alternativly, if you live in Melbourne or surrounds (as I do), drive your car to a convenient suburban station and catch the train to Spencer St. from whence it is a 5 minute walk to Jeffs Shed. No parking worries, no traffic hastles, and an all-day travel ticket for $2.40 if you are of a mature age, (as I am!)
Regards, John H.

Stupidity kills. Absolute stupidity kills absolutely.

Iain. I actually bought my Vicmarc VL 300 at the W.W.S. two years ago and had to take the trailer in on Sunday at knock off time to pick it up.What an experience that was! If you like I'll meet you at U,s Stand at about 11.00am on Friday and tell you about it!
