Default New guy from the mountains in Pennsylvania

Hey there all, a big hello from the Pocono Mountains ...
Great to be on here, I love looking at the craftsmanship on these forums especially The wooden cars , trucks .etc...The wife and I do a lot of small scale woodworking making jewelry, our specialty is wooden rings, all done by hand without a lathe.
We Love photography especially shots with rusty metal and weathered wood products.

I figured I would share one of our most recent designs , it's Beech, Spanish Cedar and a Mother Of Pearl inlay. uploadfromtaptalk1450501740564.jpg

    Hello Keith_1 & crowie.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm new here so I might misplace a post or pic by accident. There are a lot of subforums so I will hopefully find the correct spot for them 😀

We appreciate the compliments so we Thank You very much for that as well.

Have a great weekend everyone !!!

    Hello again Crowie,

I just found the box section and I'm surprised how many beautiful boxes and different types are on here !
It's funny because the ring pic I posted is the only pic that has a box made with it as it is for my Mother. We have only made about 3 ever as we do not focus on the boxes, but on the rings themselves.

The boxes on here are in a completely different spectrum compared my little old box lol.

Beautiful work and much respect to all of the artisans on here !!!
