Hi there,
I'm Chad, from Adelaide, and finally got my shed built and ready to get a bit more serious about my woodworking.
I have been casually doing woodwork for years and been doing a lot more since buying our first home. Buying a 1925 house has necessitated resurrecting my woodworking skills and using them a lot more often. Although I work in science I spent my uni days as a house painter to earn money and have always had a passion for woodworking.
Anyway, I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions in the next few months as I plan to buy some of the bigger machinery (table saw, thicknesser, etc) that I've never had the room for before and fitting out my woodworking shed properly.
Here are a few pics of some of the projects I've been doing round the house including an outdoor kitchen, outdoor table and study nook, and the emerging woodworking shed fit out...
Cheers,
Chad
