Vale Oliver Sacks, who wrote the book "Uncle Tungsten: Memories of a Chemical Boyhood".

Now that's a great read, and as another forum member once wrote, he made the Periodic Table look fascinating.

One of my favourite authors. If you haven't read it don't miss 'The man who mistook his wife for a hat' it is brilliant as are all his books. He will be sadly missed. A great mind who consistently demonstrated the virtues of clear thinking and careful research.
