Hi
Hi all, I've been keen on working with timber since I was a kid. My grandfather was a carpenter. I've built my own bed with drawers underneath, my marine aquarium cabinet, lined my spa with cedar & my pride & joy is my coffee table.
I have basic tools & do almost everything by hand. I have a 10" cut off saw, pneumatic orbital sander, cheap electric plane & a drill. Beyond that it's a hand plane, chisels, sanding block, hand saws & hammers. I'd love a router/etcher, burner & a bansaw.
I joined up here to get advice & to see what others have done.
