Wow John that's superb you must have been quite a young bloke when you got married but when one has found the right girl, it's a matter of getting that ring on her finger.....

I got back on to the 300 SL , its been a long drawn out episode, I started it last May, the older I get the faster the time goes.
All the wood work finished , just a final sand and ready to spray. The body does lift off the chassis with a bit of difficulty for spraying, no views of inside the body its very rough.
Only used jelutong and red cedar, with some luan ply inside the cabin. John.
