    Stunning as per usual.

MM, did you read my post "Ä Mystery"?.. The timber reminded me a little of Crows Ash but it is a wattle.

Haven't had a chance to photograph yet but you might know something of the local acacias.
Some pics would be good Artme...MM

Bl**dy BEAUTIFUL, pity there's no drooling smiley, or a green one. Keep up the quality of that wood and I'll have to replace my lap top, wonder if insurance will pay up if I say the dog drooled on it.

Judging by the bubblewrap I'd reckon about 75-80 x 400mm, and the bigger pair about 200x600 (both ignoring the tapered ends).

    Fabulous stuff Chris!

Would have certainly made for impressive dance floors in days gone by Kryn, but way too good for fence posts .Surprisingly easy to mill as well, even though it is regarded as a dense Hardwood. Also has a very distinct smell coming off the saw.Classy stuff, and i'm glad to share the milling experience with you too...MM
