Organising Extention of Back of house
Hi,
I am in the process of buying a house. I need to get a new tin roof installed and possibly replace all the ceilings. I also want to extend the back of the house by about 1.7m to make the bathroom and a bedroom a bit bigger. There is some plumbing on the back wall.
My question is about organising people to get it done. Do I need to get a builder to organise all trades? Or can I do this myself? Who would I need to get in first? I have not started approaching anyone for quotes just yet. Any advice would be great thanks.
