Wood Box finish
Hello all,
I'm almost finished building a woodbox which will be a feature on a recently completed patio extension (under cover - not much weather). This will hold the wood supply for a burner which has also been installed.
I'm thinking either clear laquer, poly, or decking oil as a coating (and at this stage probably leaning towards the decking oil). I've used hardwood (from the Grafton supply) and would like this to act as a secondary seat when necessary. We have a patio setting on which we use decking oil with good results.
I'd appreciate any thoughts
Cheers,
Keith

I would definitely go with the oil. Easy to apply, easy to reapply... and so on.
