first time user from Adelaide. Looking for advice Re: bathroom quote

i have a massive 4.2 x 2.5 laundry in an old 1925 home. We want to add shower vanity and toilet to laundry so we got a few quotes. 1st one received today....

demo of floor and wall tiles (1 wall tiled)
old pipes connected to PVC pipes
water proofing
4 walls tiled 2m high
install toilet, shower, vanity and taps
16,000

what is NOT part of the quote is
cost of tiles
cost of vanity
cost of shower
cost of toilet
cost of taps

im doing all the painting and electrics is not a concern, so I was just wondering if plumbing and demo and water proofing really should come to 16,000.

any feedback would be really appreciated
