Which btw, are made in El Salvador.
Nothing wrong with that I guess but I didn't know they made tools there.
Actually given the price (around $25 for a pair) I'm not surprised.
They look o.k. though. I'll have to see how they perform.

When I was using my new LV LA block the other day, I noticed that the screw for adjusting side to side play was imperfect, the slot was only partially formed. I emailed Lee Valley who replied promptly and are sending a set of new screws by express post.
Once again excellent service and they will have my business again.

Lee Valley are #1
Thought I would add my experience with Lee Valley to the others here as a matter of general interest. Ordered various bits & pieces to a value of $330 Oz including Xpress freight last Thursday evening Melbourne time. Door bell rang at around 3:30 pm today Tuesday and there were my goodies! (No customs charges or interference as far as I could tell). Be lucky to get a parcel from Sydney that quick with Aussie post!.
I certainly will be ordering more stuff from them as required!!
Well Done Lee Valley!
Mick.
