Builders Quote - is this reasonable and comprehensive enough?
1 Wall Removal Layout shown highlighted.jpg2 Internal Roof Bean with Kitchen Column.jpg3 Internal Roof Beam without Kitchen column.jpg4 - Bifold Option 2- External Roof Beam w Brickwork pared back.jpg5 - Bifold Option - 1st choice - external Roof Beam w Corner Column no brickwork.jpgBifold Doors 1st choice - Pole only in Corner.jpgBifold Doors 2nd choice - brickwork pared back.jpg Hi Attached, are the engineer reports back with beam positions and sizes depending on what build options I go with. Basically Image 1 is the internal wall layout. Image 2 is Internal wall removal with a Kitchen Column remaining 3 ditto but the Kitchen column is gone, this requires one big 7.8M bean, then in Bifold (the external walls either side of the pergola in the first image, I have these options. Image 4 - Bifolds go into a larger prepared space approx. 4M (from existing 2380mm) requiring brickwork to be pared back but still leaving a 600* 600mm brick triangle in the corner. (see last image attached) Image 5 - same as 4 but all the brickwork gone a steel pole in place (see the relvant image with only a pole).
