Default Unable to access drop down boxes

Not sure if its only me but lately on firefox I am unable to access the drop down boxes that appear when you mouse over the bar that contains activity stream to quick links , the drop down box appears but it seems there is a blank line between the tool bar and the drop box, as soon as you move down from the tool bar the drop box dissapears (like its not linked) seems a space between the two sections ,seems to be the same on all the pages I tried Just a heads up ,might be my browser . Cheers ~ John

I am having trouble with firefox and the forum as well at the moment. Everytime I try to access the forum I get this message - We did not find results for: https://www.woodworkforums.com/mobiquo/tapatalkdetect.js.

No idea what this means but I only type to the .com part and I have no idea where the rest comes from once I hit enter !! ??
    Works fine in Safari.

I am not having any issues with the drop down menu.

Something that you can try if your mouse is wireless change the battery. Reset the connection with the mouse and see if that helps. The other thing it could be is the sensitivity of the mouse might be too high and when rolling off the top bar it might be thinking you are rolling to the right(jumping) and the drop down disappears. Check the settings within for the mouse within the operating system.

Thanks christos ,but that is not the problem, there is a space between the tool bar and where the drop down box appears, so as soon as the mouse moves down it hits a blank spot and the box dissapears , I did find a fix though ,by holding the mouse on the feature I want ,then hit the arrow down ,this moves the page up one space and then the mouse pointer is in the dropdown box as normal ,mine not to reason why hehe, cheers ~ John (so instead of the mouse down , its page up )

I've had this a few times ( Chrome browser) lately. It seems to fix it when I hit reload button and refresh the screen.

Screen shot of the problem would help.

I don't have a problem using Firefox 32.0.3, Google Chome, IE or Opera

The only drop-downs are on the FORUM tab, Community link, Forum Actions link and Quick Links.

There is no drop down on Activity Stream, New Posts, Private Messages, FAQ, or Calendar.

As above, a screen shot would really help.

    Cheers - Neil

I have reinstalled firefox as the "DNS error" / "website not found" was starting to happen on other sites which I knew were working in Safari. This has solved the problem completely, all functionality has been restored !
