Like the Bride's Nighty!
Yep! I'm off!
Well it's not as if I haven't dropped enough hints in the last few weeks, the least of them being the new (temporary) avatar!
Still a few days to go, but things are getting busier and by the end of the week there'll be no more of this for a month I reckon, so bookmark all the good bits while I'm away won't you?
First stop Finland to look for Trolls, a bit of a hitch through the Baltic States before catching the train that Miss Marples and Moriarty are on... armed with some blue peanut brittle methinks!
Eventually we'll drop in on some of
Wongo's Rello's and The-Factory-That-Builds-All-Things.
When we finally return we'll organise that day at the Home of the Biting Midge, and maybe get to try the new LV Jointer!
Whew!!
I'll be round for a day or two, but well... I just wanted you all to know that I'll probably be back!!

Have a good one P.
I only want one pressy...
I'm looking for a copy of a song called "The female of the species is deadlier than the male" by a band called Moon.
I can't find it anywhere & I'm beginning to think that it doesn't really exist.Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.

Midge,
Please remember to post to the forum as you sip your yak's milk in that Internet yurt in Ulan Bator. If you happen to find a branch of LV there, you may even get a sneak preview of the #7 jointer before you get home. Oh, and if you tire of the troll hunt in Finland, you could always pop into LV, Helsinki, to get one of their plane sacks made from a reindeer's scrotum - perfect for storing those little instrument-maker's planes, and a good conversation piece for the up-coming open day. Have a good trip

Don't make any jokes to security staff about bombs in your bags, Midge.
Have fun, write soon, don't forget to forget the aeroguard, I know how that stuff makes your legs twitch."I don't practice what I preach because I'm not the kind of person I'm preaching to."

have a good trip mate. Don't forget your tooth brush.
If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

Have a good trip Midge.
Perhaps they have an internet Cafe car on the Trans Siberian Express?
Apparently it doesn't have a dining car.

Cliff,
You sure it was Moon? "The Female of the Species" was a hit for Space. Based on a poem by Kipling.
