I am starting my shed project soon. it will be 5x4m looking to do skillion roof style, I am wondering if either of these 2 ways are common and acceptable.

The roof pitch will be 5deg and the pitched/angled rafters will be spanning across the 4m side. so thats a rise of 350mm

i can either build one wall 350mm higher than the other 3 and lay my rafters on, or have them all equal height and rip the rafters at an angle - this way the inside ceiling will be level and I will maximize ceiling height.. as this shed will be attached to an existing one and it needs to fit under the roof of it of 2400mm height so I would be losing 350ish height at one end

I problem is if i went with the second option, I would need some huge rafters to acheive the 5deg fall, I am also not sure how thick it needs to be at the thin end for strength.

please see my attachment, any replies are appreciated. thank you.
