A Very Colorful Snake
A few months ago I carved this snake on a walking cane, however I was not happy with the color of the snake. I had painted the snake black. A few days ago, I decided to repaint the snake. The colors I used are yellow, red, orange, and purple.
Please let me know what you think.

Did you take any photos when it was black?

I think it was a smart move.
Your choice of color is not only attractive as is, but it's far easier to see detail in the snake anatomy.
Black, and all the work that you did in the scales would be almost invisible.
As uncommon as they are these days, an Eastern Diamondback is an image to remember.
