    Default Ouch!

My brother. End of a hard day. Concentrating on keeping the panel on the fence. Photos say the rest.

    PS Full recovery expected.

    Hi Charles,

Glad that your brother's injury wasn't too bad - but where's the blade guard, or at least a GrrRipper or two?

I've got a 12" TS, and I won't go near the thing until I'm sure about what I'm going to do

    Cheers!

A sobering reminder. Thanks (I think) for the post. Hope recovery goes well.

    Default Blade sharpen?

Probably does not sound very sympathetic - but I think that blade needs sharpening !!

I instinctively clench my fists and tuck my fingers in when I see pictures like that. Have stiched a few modified fingers over the years and hope that I do not have to have it done to me. Used a bulldog clip once to hold one together until we had all the gear organised and sterilised in a bush camp. The owner had been filleting a fish and not really concentrating, the knife slipped, followed the bone and stopped when it hit the knuckle. I think he said 'Oh golly gosh' but after about 5 mins was in absolute agony - it takes a few minutes for the hurt to start. Hardly see the scar now.

How many times have we all done silly things and got away with it?

2 sheets to the wind and memories flooding in!!

    cheers
