A couple of old hand saws I picked up cheap
I picked these up at yard sales today and was wondering if anyone could tell me something about them. The longer one has an EC Atkins medallion (flush with the handle) and the blade is about 33". The other has no medallion (doesn't appear to have had one ever), a 25 1/2" blade, a nib, and split saw nuts.
Thanks.

industry dates back to 1857, the founder having been Mr. Elias C. Atkins, who selected Indianapolis as a cite for a saw manufactory

Old Saws
Is there any way of getting an approximate year of manufacture from Atkins medallions, like you can with Disston?
