    Default Model display stand - USS Missouri

    Here's a project I've been working on for a while now. Normally you'd make the base for the completed model but this thing is going to be so big it was better to make the base prior to the model. The hull will probably be bolted to the base and then built on it. I'm not building the model, just making the base.

    The finish is homemade WOP. The ruler you can see in the moc up pics is 1.5m long and the profile pic on the table gives an idea of how big this finished project will be.

    She looks a sleek hulled ship, Corbs.....
    I would loved to have watched a full build though what you've done is exceptional....well done, cheers crowie...

    PS - I'm going to add a thread in the models section to your ships hull.....

    Thanks Crowie but as I said in your other post I only made the base not the hull
