I have been trying to track down a supplier in Sydney or even Australia for that matter of Saw files and or Knife files

You can get knife needle files here http://www.hoj.com.au/search.aspx?searchterm=knife, and perhaps from Blackwoods who stock Vallorbe
Cant saw files available from http://www.toolsfromjapan.com/store/...&cPath=346_347, from an Australian in Japan. don't know any local suppliers

Thanks for the reply but I need full size files, Hoj has needle files , mine would need to be 6-8" or 150 mm to 200 mmm.
Check with Blackwoods they dont have any in stock Vallerobe are over $100 each plus GST The Vallerobe riffler files are $130+GST each. Struck me as a bit expensive but then thats BlackwoodsInspiration exists, but it has to find you working. — Pablo Picasso

Thanks for all the replies I found saw files at the woody show Homebush $12 each versus Blackwoods $148 and $60 roughly
