How about one of our own forum sponsors "the sandpaper man" I found them plenty easy to deal with and good quality product at great price. You will see a link on the right hand side advert boxes.

I will try Dixon on Monday and All Tools does not have that length.
I can get belts at Carba-tec and Hare and Forbes and Leda (it's a LEDA machine) but the price plus petrol and mainly the time to get there and back is a bit much. I will ring all places Monday to get a postage cost which will be the way to go I think.

Belts Again.
Hi Col,
Awhile back, I couldn't get belts, so I bought the closest size, tore it at the join, cut it to the right size, used various ways to get rid of the " Sandy Side ".
I found a hefty weight, used Loctite 401 Super Glue, put a shopping plastic bag on it, then put the weight on it.
Worked a treat. Same thing applies if you have a length of S Paper, just glue up your own.Regards,
issatree.

Done
Thanks all for the above replies.
Got a couple of belts at J.C Walsh in Airport West. $24.00 each. I was over that way this arvo checking out a wood heater for the shed and dropped in on the way past which was good. No heater though so I am freezing in the shed. I knew I should have taken the coonara with me from the old place but was too lazy. Serves me right..........
Looking for a wood heater now.

Hey mate,
I can see you've got the belts now but if you need some more let me know. We make all of our sanding belts in house so we can make any size/grit/material combo you want.
Our website is www.abrasiveindustrial.com.au
Cheers,
Dale
