Here are the finished pics, unfortunately I couldn't get any that really show the grain or colour.
@Glenn's partner (and anyone else who'd like one) I've been advised that pricing would be in the low 20s.

An impressive sized piece of granite next to it as well!
Just a tip for taking a pic in a situation like that (as long as you are not using just a phone): a Polarising filter would have knocked out all those reflections on the table and revealed the finish and timber beautifully. In that situation, at that angle it would virtually 100% knockout of reflection.
If you are using a phone then the best way to get a great pic out of it is: use it to make a call to place an order for a camera.....
Edit: Oh, and turn the interior lights on.

Everything in that house was impressively sized, including the boat in the garage
It was with a phone, I wasn't the photographer and I do know about polarising filters - dad's a professional photographer (a real one, with a uni degree, not just a guy with an expensive camera who gets paid to take photos).
But even without a real camera, simply taking the pics from the other end, with the light behind the camera, would have produced a significantly better result.
PS: Hope that didn't come across as a curt response, it wasn't meant to.
