Grass Question
Just thought I'd try here first. I live on a steep block of land that gets lots of shade. I've battled Lantana, Privet & Wandering Jew over the years and have it sort of under control. I'm looking to sow a grass that will grow no longer that 12". It doesn't need to be mowed and wont have to endure foot traffic. I just need something to reclaim the ground from the weeds and will help keep the ground from sliding in the rain.

Synthetic turf? Expensive but with mine I have to run the shopvac over it only a couple of times a year.

Rather than a grass, have a look at some of the shade tolerant native ground covers.
Here's some to get you started
