Concrete stump repair/replace advice?
I am buying this house in Ipswich, Qld. It is a government owned property, built 1960s. There is concrete cancer in a three stumps under the house, evident in some cracking. A few questions I have are:
1) can I prevent further degeneration by filling in cracks with mortar?
2) foes the house need to be raised to replace stumps?
3) will the brick work be a problem in raising house (see photos)
4) anyone aware of the costs involved?
If anyone can help that'd be great.
Thanks
Andrew
